        From the Spring issue of the Western Socialist. This is one of a series of articles that appeared in the Lance, published by the Student Media, University of Windsor in Windsor, Ont., Canada.. It seems that for the past while I have been criticized for not backing up some of my claims with references to the works of Marx, Engels and Lenin.   Dont listen to the other posters. Communism is a stateless and classless society. There is no government. Socialism is when the govt owns all.         Capitalism and Bolshevism are both, therefore, alternate means to the same end. Private ownership of businesses is very little different. Communism is often described as a system in which ownership of the “means of production” is vested in the state as a proxy for the people; which in practical terms means that control of the means of. When Germany invaded the Soviet Union in , Stalin's propaganda press pumped out quite a bit of material saying "For Russia and the motherland" rather than "For the workers", if that makes any sense - that's the difference between Lenin's Bolshevism and National Bolshevism.

      Bolshevism is fairly irrelevant in the history of Marxism since the Mensheviks didn't last long, and it's synonymous with Leninism. Bolsheviks were just the revolutionary faction led by Lenin before he rose to power, and the word is only around today because Trotsky used it to set Lenin's policies apart from those enacted by Stalin. Let us turn then to another attempt to connect Judaism and capitalism, and this one the most significant of all, Werner Sombart’s The Jews and Modern Capitalism, which appeared in Sombart conforms to the pattern mentioned earlier that those who ascribe to the Jews primary responsibility to capitalism tend to be hostile to both Judaism and capitalism.
